live, this is kron 4 news at 11:00. los angeles police admit they arrested the wrong man in the bryan stow attack and now have the right suspects, three of them, two have been charged with one count each of mayhem, assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury and battery with serious bodily injury, all felonies. kron 4's dan kerman has the latest. >> the district attorney filed multiple charges against louie sanchez and marvin norwood. >> reporter: the new suspects louie sanchez and marvin norwood are not strangers to violence and alcohol abuse. each has a laundry list of convictions. louie sanchez are for spousal abuse, carrying a loaded fire

arm in a public place and evading a police officer. he also has several dui convictions. marvin norwood also has a long list of convictions, the most serious, felony spousal abuse. he also has a conviction for possession of drugs in 2003 plus a dui conviction. law enforcement officials that said while there is no forensic evidence they did make incriminating statements. police also arrests dorene sanchez as an accessory after the fact but she has been released and charges are pending. if convicted they face 8-9 years in prison. dan kerman, kron 4 news. bryanbryan stow's family posted an update saying he opened his eyes, he appeared to

give a thumbs up signs and mouthed stow. people held a vigil for kenneth harding. some believe he might have somehow been killed by police. his death parked violent protest this week but kenneth harding died from a self- inflicted gun shot wound, not from a police officer's bullet. kron 4's reggie kumar tells us he was remembered at a vigil honoring those lost to violence. >> a make shift alter was set up. candles were lit as photos of those who were lost to violence were posted. the center picture is oscar grant and kenneth harding, jr. messages were strung up on rope. this one says justice for victims of police violence. vigil organizer is with power, an organization that helps

individuals find work. she says it's time for the community to start the healing process. >> folks will be able to put up pictures and notes and we are here to celebrate the surviable of folks who have been dealing with this. >> reporter: they saw police officers shoot kenneth harding and it's hard for them to believe he died from a shelf inflicted gun shot wound. >> i still have that image of him crawling for his life on the ground. i keep having those images. >> reporter: during the vigil some became angry and started yelling, urging people to remember kenneth harding at this spot where he died. he poured wine on the pavement. she felt compelled to come and pray for peace. >> i have a baby's father who was killed from violence.

>> reporter: reggie kumar, kron 4 news. a teenager convicted of killing a police officer in pittsburg has been sentenced again to life without patrol. his attorney argued for a reduction in his sentence. he was involved in the robbery in which his accomplish shot and killed a police officer. he was convicted of first- degree murder. a apartment fire left several people without a fire tonight. happened on the area of walnut creak on running springs drive. it burned eight units in that complex. a man and for the is his mugshot suspected of crashing his truck into a car full of teens. he heard a loud bang outside, found his house and his truck was vandalized and saw the

police officer started shooting at children at a youth camp. two deadly scenes and one heart breaking day for the peaceful country of norway. >> reporter: this is the man police say is responsible for the deadliest day in norway since world war ii. this is his picture. the horror started on friday in the capital of oslo. one bomb exploded killing 7 people and injuring dozens mormon couple hours later he did more damage. he used multiple guns, shooting at children at a youth camp. at least 80 deaths have been reported at that site alone that & that number is expected to rise. some people who tried to swim away were shot in the water.
